What we keep in your browser

Your session

Created when you sign in. It is what keeps you signed in from one page to the next. Stored in your browser by our database provider, not sent to us as a cookie on every request. It disappears when you sign out.

Your language

Whether you picked EN or ES, and now also your cookie answer. Two short lines of text. Nobody else can read them and they never leave your browser.

European law does not ask for consent for these: they are strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Asking anyway would be theatre, and a question you cannot really answer is worse than no question.

Counting visits: how many people opened a case, which pages get read. It is a headcount, not a file on you — no advertising identifier, no cross-site tracking, no profile.

It is off unless you turn it on, and turning it down is one click in the same place, at the same size, as turning it on. If you never answer, it stays off forever; we do not treat silence as a yes.

Right now the measurement is not even configured, so today the honest answer is that nothing optional exists to load. The switch is here so that the day it does exist, it cannot load without you.

None. The typefaces used to come from Google Fonts, which meant your browser had to ask Google for them and Google saw your IP address on the way. They now ship with the site itself, from this domain. There is no third party left on these pages — no fonts, no analytics network, no embedded video, no social buttons.

Signing out removes your session. Clearing site data in your browser removes everything on this page. Nothing breaks: you just choose your language again, answer the question again, and sign in again.
